1 Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Ruby ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.

2 Description of Service

The Bot provides a global chat feature that relays messages between connected Discord servers in real time. No message data is stored at any point.

3 Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you are permitted to use Discord under its terms.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot to send:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats directed at any individual or group
• Spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions
• Content that is sexually explicit or involves minors in any inappropriate manner
• Personal information of others without their consent (doxxing)
• Malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Content that violates Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws

5 Global Chat

The global chat feature connects your server with other Discord servers. By sending messages through global chat, you understand that:

• Your messages and username will be visible to users in other connected servers
• Messages are relayed in real time and are not stored by us
• You are solely responsible for any content you send
• We are not responsible for content sent by other users

6 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or restrict access for any user or server that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruby and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or from content transmitted through the global chat feature.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
